Thaw shank in packaging for 24 hours in the refrigerator, or for 35 to 40 minutes in warm water. If vacuum seal is broken, thaw in refrigerator only.
CONVENTIONAL OVEN
Preheat oven to 350°F with oven rack in middle position. Remove shank from packaging.
Place defrosted shank and sauce in baking dish and bake for 35 to 45 minutes.
For larger quantities, add a few minutes to cooking time.
Serve with mashed potatoes and your favorite vegetables. A true delight!
For maximum flavour, we recommend warming dinner plates before serving.
