culture, water, salt), artichokes, spinach, French shallots, white wine
(sulphites), fresh lemon juice, fresh lime juice, fine herbs, butter, fresh
garlic.

CONVENTIONAL OVEN
Preheat oven to 375°F. Remove frozen salmon from packaging and place on a
baking sheet or in a baking dish. Bake for 18 to 20 minutes on middle rack.
For larger quantities, add a few minutes to the cooking time.
SUGGESTION
Serve with a wedge of lemon or lime to enhance flavour.
