Exceptional burger patties that will be all the rage at your next cottage BBQ! Made from Canadian salmon and seasoned with a blend of Gaspé spices, they evoke vacations and dinners by the seaside.

Canadian salmon (Atlantic), eggs, shallots, Panko breadcrumbs, Italian breadcrumbs, fresh lemon juice, Consistaid, white wine (sulphites), potato starch, fresh garlic, fresh chives, sea salt, maple syrup, sriracha, dill, spices, black pepper. Contains: wheat, milk, soy, sesame seeds.
Partially thaw packaged burger in warm water for 5 to 10 minutes. To avoid breakage, cut open the packaging and remove the partially thawed patty using a spatula.
BARBECUE
Preheat BBQ to medium-high. Brush patty with oil to prevent sticking and sear for approximately 4 minutes per side.
STOVE TOP
Heat a little oil or butter in a skillet and cook burger over medium heat for approximately 4 minutes per side.
For maximum flavour, we recommend warming dinner plates before serving.
