Thaw turkey roast in packaging for approximately 2 hours in warm water.
CONVENTIONAL OVEN:
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Remove roast from packaging and cook on middle rack for approximately 1
hour and 15 minutes per kilo.
BBQ
Oil grill and set burners to maximum temperature for 10 minutes. Turn off a
burner on one side of the BBQ and place the roast on that side. Grill with the lid
closed for approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes per kilo. Turn roast to
obtain grilling marks.
For maximum flavour, we recommend warming dinner plates before serving.
