Our generous seafood shell is filled with Matane shrimp, scallops and a creamy white wine béchamel sauce. This all-around favorite features a Gruyere and Cheddar cheese au gratin. Our version of this classic is made without potatoes.

CONVENTIONAL OVEN
Preheat oven to 375°F with oven rack in middle position. Remove frozen shell from packaging.
Place on baking sheet or in a baking dish. Bake for 25 minutes. Let stand for 2 to 3 minutes before serving.
For larger quantities, add a few minutes to cooking time.
