An unbeatable combo: our chicken souvlaki skewers and our homemade tzatziki sauce. These souvlakis are made from grain-fed chicken breasts with a Greek-style marinade. Delicious served as gyros or as skewers on a bed of rice and vegetables.

The skewers are accompanied by tzatziki sauce.

Specifications for Chicken souvlaki skewer (tzatziki sauce included)

Quantity 1 packet or 8 packets

Quebec chicken breast, canola oil, first-pressed olive oil, raw sugar, maple syrup, fresh garlic, balsamic vinegar (sulphites), spices, fine herbs.

Tzatziki sauce: Greek yogurt, fresh lemon juice, cucumber, canola oil, salt, garlic, spices, Consistaid.

Contains: milk.

Thaw souvlaki and tzatziki sauce in packaging for 20 to 25 minutes in warm water.

Important: Stir tzatziki sauce well once thawed.

BARBECUE

Preheat BBQ to medium heat. Remove souvlaki from packaging.

Grill for 5 to 6 minutes, turning several times to ensure even cooking.

STOVETOP

Remove souvlaki from packaging. Heat a little oil or butter in a skillet. Cook for 5 to 6 minutes, turning several times to ensure even cooking.

CONVENTIONAL OVEN

Preheat oven to 400°F. Remove skewers from packaging and place on a baking sheet or in a baking dish. Cook for 15 to 20 minutes on middle rack.

For maximum flavour, we recommend warming dinner plates before serving.
