Our Canadian salmon tartare has quickly become a customer favorite. It’s made with vegetable oil, onions, mustard, chili peppers, balsamic vinegar and fresh lemon juice. Serve it as-is, with crostini, salad or fries.
We suggest 1 portion per person as an appetizer, or 2 portions per person as a main course.

Canadian Atlantic salmon, olive oil, onions, water, mustard, red peppers,
sugar, vinegar, salt, dill, lemon juice, eggs, garlic, spices, seasonings,
calcium chloride, calcium disodium edta.
Thaw tartare in packaging for 15 to 20 minutes in cold water, or about 4
hours in refrigerator.
Remove tartare from packaging. Remove plastic film from each portion. Serve
plated or on a bed of lettuce, accompanied by rusks. Enjoy!
