Specifications for Thai chicken roll

Quantity 1 packet or 8 packets

SPRING ROLL DOUGH

Wheat flour, water, canola oil, salt.

FILLING

Quebec chicken breast, rice vermicelli, carrots, red peppers, green onions, filtered water, sweet Thai chili sauce, unbleached white flour, hoisin sauce, fresh ginger, fresh garlic, red pepper paste (sulphites), rice vinegar, Consistaid, fresh lemon juice, coriander, chicken broth, duck fat, sea salt, pepper.

Contains: soy, sesame, wheat.



CONVENTIONAL OVEN:

Preheat oven to 400°F.

Place frozen chicken rolls on a baking sheet or in a baking dish.

Bake for 20 to 25 minutes on middle rack, turning halfway through.

For larger quantities, add a few minutes to the cooking time.

Important: Filling is very hot. Allow to rest 5 minutes before serving.

For maximum flavour, we recommend warming dinner plates before serving.
