Quebec pork ribs, osmosis-filtered water, ketchup, tomato paste, molasses, Spanish onions, apple cider vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, raw sugar, maple syrup, arrowroot starch, Consistaid, chicken stock, black pepper, liquid smoke, mustard powder, fresh garlic, spices,beer, sea salt.

Thaw ribs in packaging for 25 to 30 minutes in warm water.
CONVENTIONAL OVEN
Preheat oven to 350°F. Remove ribs from packaging. Set aside marinade to brush on while baking. Place ribs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or in a baking dish.Brush ribs with reserved marinade. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes on middle rack.
BARBECUE
Preheat barbecue to medium. Remove ribs from packaging. Set aside marinade to brush on while grilling. Grill for 7 to 8 minutes, turning often while brushing with reserved marinade.
For maximum flavour, we recommend warming dinner plates before serving.
Préchauffer le four à 350°F. Les retirer de l'emballage et récupérer la sauce pour les badigeonner pendant la cuisson. Déposer les côtes sur une plaque de cuisson recouverte de papier parchemin ou dans un plat allant au four. Ajouter l'excédent de la sauce sur le dessus. Cuire 15 à 20 minutes sur la grille du centre.
