STOVETOP
Remove frozen bisque from packaging. Heat in a saucepan over low heat for approximately 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. For a thicker consistency, allow to reduce for a few minutes. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
MICROWAVE
Remove frozen bisque from packaging. Place in a microwave-safe container and heat on high for 5 to 7 minutes, stirring 1-2 times.
For a larger quantity, add a few minutes to heating time.
For a more pleasing presentation, garnish with a spiral of fresh cream and/or chopped fresh cilantro. Try reducing and thickening the bisque to serve with pasta and your favourite seafood.
For maximum flavour, we recommend warming bowls before serving.
