STOVETOP
Remove frozen soup from packaging. Heat in a saucepan over low heat for approximately 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. For a thicker consistency, allow soup to reduce for a few minutes. For a more liquid consistency, add 1 to 2 tablespoons of water or milk. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
MICROWAVE
Remove frozen soup from packaging. Place in a microwave-safe container and heat on high for 5 to 7 minutes, stirring 1-2 times.
For a larger quantity, add a few minutes to heating time.
For a more pleasing presentation, garnish with a spiral of fresh cream and/or chives.
For maximum flavour, we recommend warming bowls before serving.
