These homemade egg pasta are made in the Marche region of Italy and distributed by Favuzzi, only with 100% Italian durum wheat semolina and fresh eggs of the best quality available. These egg pasta is expertly rolled using a method reminiscent of the old-fashioned rolling mill. They are then dried at low temperature for 18 to 20 hours. The result is a pasta of unmatched quality whose texture is both rough and porous, allowing sauces to adhere well.
