CONVENTIONAL OVEN:
Preheat oven to 425°F.
Place frozen fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake for 15 to 20 minutes on middle rack, turning halfway through.
DEEP FRYER
For best results, deep frying is recommended.
Fry frozen fish fillets for 3½ to 4½ minutes at 350°F.
Transfer cooked fillets to paper towel to absorb oil.
We suggest serving with tartar sauce and lemon wedges.
Tartar sauce recipe (serves 4)
1/4 cup mayonnaise - 2 tbsp. relish - 1 tbsp. lemon juice (optional) - 1
tbsp. crushed capers and/or 1 tsp. ketchup (optional) - salt and pepper to
taste. Combine all.
For maximum flavour, we recommend warming dinner plates before serving.
