Thaw shrimp in packaging for approximately 30 minutes in cold water.
To serve shrimp cold:
Fill a pot with water (about 5 times more water than shrimp) and bring to a
boil. Remove shrimp from packaging and immerse in boiling water. When water
returns to boiling, continue cooking for 1 minute. Empty contents of pot
into colander and run under cold water to stop cooking.
STOVETOP
In skillet, sauté shrimp with our shallot, garlic and white wine butter or
garlic butter over medium heat for 3 to 4 minutes on each side.
BARBECUE
Preheat BBQ to medium. Place shrimp on grill and cook for 3 to 4 minutes on
each side. Brush with garlic butter or sauce of your choice.
For maximum flavour, we recommend warming dinner plates before serving.
