STOVE TOP
Remove frozen soup from packaging. Heat in saucepan over low heat for approximately 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. For a thicker consistency, simmer for a few minutes until reduced. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
MICROWAVE
Remove frozen soup from packaging. Place in a microwave-safe container and heat on high for 5 to 7 minutes, stirring 2-3 times.
For a larger quantity, add a few minutes to heating time.
For a more pleasing presentation, garnish with a spiral of fresh cream and/or chives. Try reducing and thickening the soup to make a mushroom sauce as an accompaniment for meat and pasta.
For maximum flavour, we recommend warming bowls before serving.
