Partially thaw burger in packaging in warm water for 5 to 10 minutes. To avoid breaking patty, remove from packaging using a spatula.
BARBECUE
Preheat BBQ to medium-high. Brush patty with oil to prevent sticking. Sear 2 to 3 minutes on each side. Reduce heat to medium and continue grilling for 5 to 6 minutes, turning occasionally, until an internal temperature of 77°C is reached.
STOVE TOP
Heat a little oil or butter in a skillet and sear on high for 2 to 3 minutes on each side. Reduce heat to medium and continue cooking for 5 to 6 minutes, turning occasionally, until an internal temperature of 77°C is reached.
