Thaw skewer in packaging for 15 to 20 minutes in cold water.
BARBECUE
Preheat BBQ to medium. Remove skewer from packaging.
Grill for 5 to 6 minutes, turning several times to ensure even cooking. Use
a BBQ baking sheet or non-stick foil to keep skewers from sticking.
STOVETOP
Heat a little oil and/or butter in a skillet.
Cook skewers over medium heat for about 5 to 6 minutes, turning several
times to ensure even cooking.
CONVENTIONAL OVEN
Preheat oven to 375°F. Remove skewers from packaging and reserve excess
marinade for basting skewers. Place skewers on a baking sheet or in a
baking dish. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes on middle rack.
SUGGESTION
Serve skewers on a bed of rice.
For maximum flavour, we recommend warming dinner plates before serving.
