Specifications for Vegetarian chili

Quantity 1 portion or 6 portions

Tomatoes, carrots, Spanish onions, celery, peppers, kidney beans, sweet potatoes, corn, black beans, filtered water, fresh garlic, canola oil, spices, fresh herbs, vegetable stock, sea salt.



STOVETOP

To facilitate preparation, partially thaw chili in packaging for 10 to 15 minutes in warm water.

Place in saucepan and heat on medium-low for 10 to 20 minutes depending on quantity. Stir occasionally.

MICROWAVE

Remove frozen chili from packaging and place in microwave-safe bowl. Cook for 4 minutes on high.

Stir and heat for an additional 2 minutes or until chili is hot.

Serve with sour cream, guacamole and tortilla chips.

For maximum flavour, we recommend warming bowls before serving.
