Featuring Canadian salmon and coated with an Asian-style marinade with maple syrup, these skewers are exquisitely flavorful. They’re perfect for entertaining family and friends or as an easy solution during a busy work week.

Specifications for Marinated salmon skewer

Quantity 1 portion or 8 portions or 14 portions

New Brunswick salmon fillet (Atlantic).

Marinade: Maple syrup, raw sugar, light soy sauce, grapeseed oil, sesame seeds, Consistaid, French shallots, fresh garlic, fresh cilantro, herbes de Provence, cayenne pepper.

Contains: wheat.


Thaw skewer in packaging for 15 to 20 minutes in cold water.

BARBECUE

Preheat BBQ to medium. Remove skewer from packaging.

Grill for 5 to 6 minutes, turning several times to ensure even cooking. Use a BBQ baking sheet or non-stick foil to keep skewers from sticking.

STOVETOP

Heat a little oil and/or butter in a skillet.

Cook skewers over medium heat for about 5 to 6 minutes, turning several times to ensure even cooking.

CONVENTIONAL OVEN

Preheat oven to 375°F. Remove skewers from packaging and reserve excess marinade for basting skewers. Place skewers on a baking sheet or in a baking dish. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes on middle rack.

SUGGESTION

Serve skewers on a bed of rice.

For maximum flavour, we recommend warming dinner plates before serving.
