Our premium lobster bisque has become a true gourmet classic. This bisque contains, among other things, lobster from the Gaspé Peninsula, fresh vegetables, white wine and first-pressed olive oil.

Specifications for Lobster bisque

Quantity 1 portion or 6 portions or 12 portions

Osmosis-filtered water, homemade lobster fumet, Gaspésie lobster, Spanish onions, peppers, leeks, carrots, tomato paste, white wine (sulphites), celery, lobster bouillon concentrate, grape seed oil, extra virgin olive oil, butter, fish fumet base, arrowroot starch, Consistaid,cream, fresh ginger, fresh garlic, fine herbs, cayenne pepper. Contains: milk, wheat, soy, fish, crustaceans, mollusks.


STOVETOP

Remove frozen bisque from packaging. Heat in a saucepan over low heat for approximately 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. For a thicker consistency, allow to reduce for a few minutes. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

MICROWAVE

Remove frozen bisque from packaging. Place in a microwave-safe container and heat on high for 5 to 7 minutes, stirring 1-2 times.

For a larger quantity, add a few minutes to heating time.

For a more pleasing presentation, garnish with a spiral of fresh cream and/or chopped fresh cilantro. Try reducing and thickening the bisque to serve with pasta and your favourite seafood.

For maximum flavour, we recommend warming bowls before serving.
