    Un plat traditionnel québécois qui nous est cher, la tourtière est un indispensable de nos tablées festives pendant le temps des fêtes. Nous avons voulu faire notre propre interprétation de ce mets emblématique en y ajoutant la touche SAINT PIERRE: Filet mignon, veau haché et canard effiloché. À cela s'ajoute une pâte parfaitement feuilletée et un mélange d'épices qui nous mènent à une tourtière tout simplement sublime!

    Beef tenderloin, ground veal, shredded duck, Spanish onions, celery, potatoes, garlic, vegetable broth, red wine (sulphites), cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, bay leaf, pepper, potato starch, dried shallots, sea salt, pastry (wheat flour, butter, water, salt, wheat gluten, deactivated yeast, malted wheat flour).

    CONVENTIONAL OVEN

    Preheat oven to 350°F.

    Remove frozen tourtière from packaging.

    Bake for approximately 1 hour on middle rack.

    For maximum flavour, we recommend warming dinner plates before serving.
